Two men, aged 40 and 44, were due in court yesterday after being charged with the murder of a 43-year-old man in Barnsley earlier this week.
He was found seriously injured in a house on Pinder Oakes Cottages, Measborough Dike, on Monday and died in hospital two days later.
Officers found the injured man after a 44-year-old man attended Kendray Hospital with serious head injuries.
Enquiries into his condition led them to the other injured man.
