He is alleged to have made threats of a sexual nature, before following her to Devonshire Green.

Beforehand, the same man shouted at passers-by while standing outside Caffè Nero for around two hours.

He is described as being in his mid-thirties, stocky and was wearing blue jeans with a grey hoodie at the time.

PC Samantha Frain, investigating the incident, said: “This was understandably a very distressing incident for the woman involved and we are keen to speak to the man.”
