Teenager stabbed in Sheffield park

A teenager was stabbed twice during a savage attack in a Sheffield park.

Police have appealed for information after the shocking assault, which took place in High Hazels Park in Darnall.

The 18-year-old victim was reportedly walking through the park on Wednesday, November 6, at around 3.30pm, when he was set upon by three men.

He was stabbed twice in the lower back and knocked to the ground, where he was repeatedly kicked and punched.

His attackers then fled towards Bannham Road, leaving the teenager badly injured, with cuts and grazes to his face and body, as well as the stab wounds.

Detectives today appealed for anyone with information which could help them find the culprits to come forward.
