A 15-year-old boy has been arrested as part of a police probe into the theft of a puppy from a house in Sheffield.

He was quizzed over a break-in at a house on Jaunty Crescent, Basegreen, during which a French bull dog was stolen overnight on Monday into Tuesday.
The pup was taken by an intruder who walked into the kitchen of the house when the rear door was left open.
The boy arrested on suspicon of burglary has been released under police investigation.
