Mr Majeed, defending, said Kenworthy has suffered a relationship breakdown and started drinking and gambling and had been upset after his father became seriously ill.

Magistrates fined Kenworthy £307 and he must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was banned from driving for 12 months.
