South Yorkshire Police's Operational Support Team tweeted that the burglar was 'almost home and dry in a stolen car full of property from a burglary in Notts.'
Before adding: "Unfortunately, our officer ruined his night - short pursuit followed by foot chase and after turning to fight, taser deployed. Charged and remanded."
