Sheffield Crown Court heard on January 12 how Kristy Dobson, aged 40, of St Leonard’s Lane, Eastwood, Rotherham, had previously been given seven-months of custody suspended for 18 months after committing an offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Richard Davies, prosecuting, said Dobson subsequently failed to comply with two telephone reporting commitments in July in connection with a Rehabilitation Activty Requirement linked to her suspended sentence.
