Mr Shah, defending, said Fox has a drug habit with problems with crack cocaine and heroin and he committed this offence to fund that habit.

Fox, who is on benefits, is apologetic and is seeking help to beat his drug habit, according to Mr Shah.

District Judge Grace Leong sentenced Fox to a six-month community order with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
