Members of the public have been warned against approaching a man wanted by South Yorkshire Police.

Officers searching for 40-year-old Paul Gavin are instead asking people to dial 999 if they spot him.
Gavin has been recalled to prison but it has not yet been revealed why.

South Yorkshire Police said: “If you think you have seen him, do not approach him and instead call 999.”
