South Yorkshire garage worker taken to hospital after armed robbery

A garage worker was taken to hospital after an armed robbery in Rotherham.

The shop assistant suffered a medical episode after two men armed with a knife struck at Canklow Bridge Service Station at 5.10am yesterday.

South Yorkshire Police said the robbers threatened the garage worker with the knife before escaping with £200 in cash.
