The video, sent in by a resident, appears to show two men squaring up to each other while brandishing scaffolding pipes as a concerned crowd gather.

The incident reportedly happened at 2.30pm on Saturday, May 30 in Castle Market.

Eventually three police officers arrive carrying batons and break up the altercation, chasing one of the men down the street.
