Sheffield shooting LIVE: Huge police cordon in place after man shot on Bramall Lane

Police are currently in the London Road and Bramall Lane areas of Sheffield after reports a man suffered suspected gunshot wounds.

Officers received a report at around 1pm from ambulance staff that a man, believed to be in his 20s, was being treated for suspected gunshot injuries.

He has been taken to hospital for treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
