James Baird, defending, said Forgie has been remanded in custody since August 6 after he broke his tag and gave himself up because he was struggling with drugs.

Mr Baird added Forgie has been feeling better and he will have support on his release.

Judge David Dixon sentenced Forgie to two months of custody but due to time on remand he is expected to be released.
