Sheffield drug dealer will still be chased for £15K profits

A Sheffield drug dealer is still liable for nearly £15,000, a court heard.

Wajid Hussain, currently serving a three-year and four month sentence for possession of Class A and B drugs with intent to supply, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court on Friday.

Barrister Andrew Smith said a confiscation order had been discontinued because it was "inexpedient," but Hussain, 37, of Westview Lane, was already subject to a 2015 order for £14,900, and "will return to continue the remainder of his sentence."
