Sex offender arrested by Sheffield police for 'failing to tell them he moved address'

The 27-year-old broke the rules of his sexual harm prevention order.

Officers from the Sheffield City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested him yesterday, Friday, and he was put into custody.
