Kavan Brissett, aged 21, was stabbed in an incident in Upperthorpe, on August 14, 2018 and died in hospital four days later.
During an inquest into the death, it emerged that violence flared on the Grammar Street car park and after being knifed in his chest, Kavan managed to walk a quarter of a mile before collapsing in Langsett Walk, where he was found by a passer-by.

Hide AdA detective told the inquest that Kavan had met ‘another individual,’ there was a ‘disturbance’ and he was stabbed in his heart.
The knife used in the attack was never recovered.
A conclusion of unlawful killing was recorded.
Detectives want to trace Ahmed Farrah, who is believed to hold vital information about the murder.
He was captured on CCTV at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, where he was treated for facial injuries, on the same night that Kavan was stabbed.
He returned to the hospital the following day but then disappeared.

Hide AdFarrah, who is also known as ‘Reggie’, was last seen in Cardiff the month after Kavan’s death but then went to ground.
His passport has never been recovered by the police and he is believed to be deliberately evading arrest.
Farrah’s friends, relatives and acquaintances have all been visited and harbouring notices have been served, warning that anyone helping him evade arrest faces prosecution.
A £5,000 Crimestoppers reward for information leading to his arrest is available.

Hide AdIn a statement issued after the inquest into Kavan's death, which was held last July, his family said: “We hope sometime soon, we will be able to see some justice for Kavan.
“At present, we have not been afforded this small chance at some sort of respite from the continued heartache and sadness.
“Still, we would ask that anyone with information, to please understand that the investigation is not over ”
