Road sealed off outside Sheffield school and buses diverted after ‘police incident’

A warning has been issued that a road in Sheffield is blocked this morning due to a police incident.

Stradbroke Road, Stradbroke, is blocked to traffic while emergency services are at the scene near Outwood School.

Buses have been diverted, with First South Yorkshire’s number 24 service unable to reach Woodhouse,with services terminating at the Ravenscroft Road roundabout.

Stagecoach Yorkshire’s number 25 service is diverting via Coisley Hill and Normanton Hill in both directions.

South Yorkshire Police has been contacted for details on the nature of the incident.
