A Sheffield businessman is offering a £100 reward for information leading to the safe return of his van, after it was stolen while he slept.

Andrew Hall, aged 41, woke up on Sunday morning and found that his Ford transit van which is pale blue and marked up with his name, had been stolen from outside his home on Mather Court, Darnall.

Power tools, screwdrivers and ladders were among the items in the van when it was taken.

He said the van was picked up on cameras on Greenwood Road, Darnall, at 2am on Sunday but he has no more leads on its whereabouts.

The theft has been reported to South Yorkshire Police.

Mr Hall, a kitchen fitter and joiner, is urging motorists to be on the lookout for the van.

Call police on 101.
