A large police cordon was put in place yesterday, taking in Wath Road, Wake Road and Emily Road in Nether Edge after a car was found with damage to its rear window.
South Yorkshire Police said the level of response to the damage was due to a number of recent incidents in the area ‘linked to organised crime’.
