Police release e-fit appeal to trace electric bike stolen during Sheffield robbery

Officers have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to after an electric bike was stolen during a robbery in Sheffield.

A man in his 20s was cycling through Wharncliffe Woods, near Oughtibridge on August 2, between 7pm to 8pm, when an unknown man approached him and grabbed the bike.

The suspect, who could possibly be a teenager, is believed to have been wearing a black hoodie and cap when he robbed the Giant Stance E1 bike.

Police are continuing their enquiries but are urging anyone who recognises the man pictured in the e-fit image to come forward and help identify him.

Anyone who has any information about the theft or man who is wanted in connection with the robbery, should call officers on 101 and ask to be connected to PC 2461 Sue Fox from Sheffield Proactive Crime Investigation Department.
