Police release CCTV image after charity boxes swiped from Sheffield welfare club

Police investigating the burglary of a welfare club in Sheffield have released a CCTV still of an individual they believe could hold vital information.

At 1.25am on Tuesday, November 3, the alarm was activated at the Mosborough Miner’s Welfare Club on Station Road after persons unknown forced entry to the building, causing damage.

The suspects are understood to have taken two charity boxes from within the premises before fleeing the scene.

Officers believe the man pictured could hold information that could help the ongoing investigation, and are appealing for him or anyone who recognises him to get in touch.
