Neighbourhoods officers are out walking the streets with workers from the Framework Housing Association, which tries to meet the needs of homeless and vulnerable people.
They carry out a daily patrol looking to speak to those sleeping rough about coronavirus developments and advising them about lockdown rules and the support services available to them.
