Police make new arrests after Sheffield twin stabbed to death in New Year’s Day fight

Two more men have been arrested over a murder in Sheffield on New Year’s Day.

Detectives revealed today that two Rotherham men, aged 22 and 27, are now being questioned over the murder of Isaiah Usen-Satchell, 18, who was stabbed to death in the early hours of Wednesday, January 1.

One was taken into police custody last night and the other this morning.

Three other suspects, two aged 18 and one 20, all from Rotherham, were arrested on suspicion of murder shortly after the killing but have since been bailed.

Isaiah suffered slash wounds to his arms and legs when violence flared on St Aidan’s Road, Norfolk Park.

He was taken to hospital but a knife wound to his wrist proved fatal.

Detectives want to hear from anyone who can help them piece together Isaiah’s movements on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
