Police issue urgent security advice to homeowners in Sheffield suburbs after recent burglary spate
Police have warned people in two Sheffield suburb to beware following a spate of burglaries in the area.

PCSO Sarah Hague said there had been an increase in the number of burglaries reported in Nether Edge and Sharrow over the last seven days, with most being committed after 2am.
“A number of these offences have been through insecure windows or doors. Please lock up and if you need any help with home security we are here to assist,” she added.
