Police issue E-fit of man wanted over theft from car in Rotherham town centre

A police E-fit has been released of a man wanted over a theft from a car in Rotherham town centre.

Officers investigating a car break-in on Brinsworth Street said a member of the public interrupted a man breaking into the vehicle just after 3.30pm on Monday, November 11.

The car was parked close to the Liquid and Diva Nightclub.

A passenger window had been smashed and the dash cam had been taken from the vehicle when officers arrived at the scene.

The offender was slim and was wearing yellow high viz jacket, black trousers and black baseball cap.
