Police hunt trio over damage to house in Hathersage

The owner of a house in Hathersage dialled 999 after hearing a noise and finding a smashed window and damaged door.

Police were called to the house at around 9.45pm on Monday, March 23 and were told that three men had used tools to damage the property on Baulk Lane.

One of the offenders was Asian, of a stocky, muscular build and had short dark hair.

He was believed to have been wearing a dark hooded top.

The other two men are believed to have been white.

All three offenders were seen to run from the property in the direction of Main Road, Hathersage and are believed to have been carrying a crowbar like tool.
