Detectives investigating a robbery in Sheffield have issued a description of the attacker.

He targeted a takeaway delivery driver who pulled up on Lowedges Crescent, Lowedges, threatening him with a knife.

The robber made demands for cash and stole food from the delivery driver before fleeing.

Police said the delivery driver was injured during the incident at 12.50am on Saturday, April 13.

The man police want to trace is white, between 18 and 20 years old, around 5ft 5ins tall, and slim.

He was wearing dark clothing.

Witnesses, or anyone with information about the culprit, should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 121 of April 13.
