A police cordon is in place outside job centre in Sheffield city centre ahead of a crime scene examination.

South Yorkshire Police said officers were alerted to an incident outside the job centre on West Street at around 3.30am.
Details of the incident have not yet been released but officers closed off West Street, between Fitzwilliam Street and Orange Street and a cordon was put in place.
The force said: “We are still at the scene to preserve the location where it happened.”
