Police confirm ‘no arrests made’ after shooting on one of Sheffield’s most exclusive streets

On Thursday, February 18, two shots were fired at a house on Dore Road, Dore.
A window was damaged but no injuries were reported at the property.

Hide AdThe house was sealed off and under police guard overnight and for much of the following day while a forensic examination of the crime scene was carried out.
Today, South Yorkshire Police said no arrests have yet been made but a 49-year-old man was ‘interviewed under caution’ about the incident.
Detectives said the shooting is not being linked to any other incident.
South Yorkshire Police said: “This investigation has now been filed pending any further information coming to light.”
