The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries, which police said were not caused by the shooting.

A 24-year-old man was detained by police in connection with the incident shortly afterwards and arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and bladed article.

He remains in police custody, officers confirmed.

A video surfaced online that appears to show a scuffle at the entrance to the bar before what sounds like a gunshot can be heard.
