A fourth person has been arrested by South Yorkshire Police in connection to shootings in Arbourthorne this summer.

Officers have charged a 21-year-old woman in relation to two shootings in the Arbourthorne area of the city, after police responded to reports of firearms discharges on Errington Avenue and Alyward Road on Tuesday, June 30.

Molly Mayer, 21, of Callow Drive, Sheffield, was charged with conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life last night (Thursday, October 15).

She is the fourth person to be charged in relation to the shootings and will appear at Sheffield Magistrates Court today.

Two men and one woman also remain on remand.
