Police appeal for for dashcam footage following A1M collision

Road police officers investigating a collision on the A1M near Doncaster yesterday are appealing for information and dashcam footage as part of their enquiries.

It is reported that at around 11am on Friday, 17 July, an Iveco flatbed truck was travelling north when it suddenly left the carriageway and drove down the embankment.

As a result of the devastating incident, a 13-year-old girl was left with serious injuries and taken to hospital, where she remains. The driver of the truck was left uninjured.

South Yorkshire Police officers are urging anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage of the vehicle prior to the collision to contact them.
