Over £2,000 has been raised so far to help pay for the funeral of a young man stabbed to death in Sheffield.

Isaiah Usen-Satchell, aged 18, was knifed in an attack on St Aidan’s Road, Norfolk Park, in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

Isaiah, who was a student at Leeds Trinity University, was taken to hospital but could not be saved.

Five Rotherham men, aged between 18 and 27, were arrested over the fatal stabbing and released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Nobody has yet been charged over the stabbing.

Isaiah’s friend, Levi Fallon, set up a fundraising appeal on Facebook to help towards the cost of the funeral and so far over £2,300 has been raised.

Anyone with information about the murder should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 and quote incident 458 of January 1.
