Negotiators talk man out of house after safety fears

Police negotiators were called to a South Yorkshire street to encourage a resident out of a property after fears were raised that he would harm himself.

The 20-year-old left the house on Haugh Road, Rawmarsh, six hours after police were called – and he was arrested on suspicion of affray, cultivation of cannabis and possession of a controlled drug on September 3, the force revealed.
