Music equipment stolen during raid of church hall in South Yorkshire

Music equipment worth thousands of pounds has been stolen from a church hall in South Yorkshire.

Thieves struck at the hall on Church Street, Darton, Barnsley, overnight on Friday, January 9.

The hall is used to host a Sunday school and evening music classes.

A Yamaha mixing deck, Shure microphone, American DJ disco lights and Yamaha speakers, worth a total of £5,000, were among the items stolen.
