Murder investigation launched and two arrested after man found dead at property in Rotherham

Police were called to a property on Redscope Crescent, Kimberworth, Rotherham, at 7.40am today (October 25), following reports that a man had obtained serious injuries.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and a murder investigation has now been launched.

A 43-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of murder and both remain in police custody.

A forensic post mortem examination and formal identification are yet to take place.

Redscope Crescent has been closed whilst officers conduct their work.
