Motorists are being urged to step up their security following a spate of break-ins across North East Derbyshire.
Vehicles have been targeted on Wheatcroft Close and Hallfield Close in Wingerworth, near Chesterfield.
Other incidents have been reported in Holymoorside and Walton.
A Derbyshire Police spokeswoman said: “Motorists are being urged to ensure that their vehicles are properly secure with the windows up and doors locked before leaving them unattended. “Make sure no items are left on display to catch the eye of passing opportunists and remove them completely where possible.”
