The 18-year-old was riding a green Lexmoto Viper motorbike along Manvers Way, Wath-upon-Dearne, when he was involved in a collision with a silver Honda CRV between 5pm and 5.20pm on Friday, January 3.

The biker was seriously injured but has since been discharged from hospital.

The driver of the Honda, a 52-year-old man, escaped unharmed.

Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage should call 101 and quote incident 587 of January 3.
