Most wanted in lockdown: The 23 men police in Sheffield and South Yorkshire urgently need to talk to

An updated list of men wanted for questioning by South Yorkshire Police has been released by the force.

They are believed to hold vital information about offences including murder, rape, violence and burglary.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Ahmed Farrah is wanted over the murder of Kavan Brissett, aged 21, who died after a knife attack in Upperthorpe in 2018.

Mohammed Anwaar failed to appear at court to stand trial after being charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, money laundering, possession of cannabis and possession of a firearm in Sheffield.

John Eric Wells, who is in his 60s and also uses the names Howard Walmsley and Howard Hemmings, is wanted in connection with romance frauds which cost victims more than £400,000 between them.
