Missing Doncaster teenagers found safe after five days

Two Doncaster teenagers reported missing have been found safe after five days.

Cordelia McCarthy and Danny Birtles, aged 15, were reported missing on Wednesday, December 11 after being last seen at their homes in Conisbrough and Intake the day before.

Police officers involved in the search published photographs of the teens yesterday and urged those with information on their whereabouts to come forward.

Last night they were found safe.

South Yorkshire Police said: “They were located as a direct result of the public's help.”
