Palmer, who has mental health issues, pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article in public after the incident in August, 2019.

Judge Michael Slater acknowledged Palmer is now receiving assistance and support after he had been in unsuitable accommodation.

He sentenced Palmer to a two-year community order with a Rehabilitation Actvity Requirement.
