McDonald's worker, 20, had ‘just passed his accountancy exams’ before Meadowhall crash

Becky Jane Chambers posted her tribute to Josh Hydes on Facebook following the death of the 20-year old in a crash, who worked at McDonald’s according to his Facebook page.
Josh’s uncle Tommy was also killed in the crash.
The car the pair were travelling in ploughed through a barrier on a bridge on Meadowhall Way and plunged into the River Don below on Saturday night.

Hide AdFirefighters released the men from the car and they were taken to hospital but pronounced dead a short time later.
Becky posted: “Can’t actually believe it. Only saw you last night. In shock.
" R.I.P Josh Hydes. You had your whole life ahead of you and passed all your accountant qualifications bro. You was so happy about it when you told me last week.
“Way to young to be taken away like this.”
Josh’s uncle, Tommy, only became a dad three months ago following the birth of his beloved daughter.

Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision want to hear from anyone with dashcam footage of the incident.
They also want to hear from motorists or witnesses who were travelling in the area around the time of the crash and may have seen the white GLS Mercedes beforehand.Call 101 and quote incident number 858 of January 30.
