Masked robbers steal cash from Sheffield supermarket

Police are hunting two men who robbed an supermarket in Sheffield.

Two white men wearing hooded tops and ski masks burst into the Sainsbury’s supermarket, in Bradway Road, Bradway at about 9.50pm yesterday.

They demanded cash from staff in the store, but police believe no threats were made or weapons used.

The men fled the scene with a quantity of cash.

Detectives believe the robbery is not linked to others in the city.
