Richard Carvath, 43, of Swindon, was found guilty of harassment at Sheffield Magistrates Court on March 23.

Carvath was arrested by Nottinghamshire Police on March 12 2019, after he was reported to be tweeting and posting footage of a judge involved with a case from 2017.

The uploaded video, which was filmed outside the judge's home, showed blinds being closed.

He has been bailed for sentencing on May 5.
