Timothy Guest, aged 23, of Arbourthorne Road, Arbourthorne, is accused of two counts of attempted kidnap relating to two girls aged 11 and four years old on East Bank Road, Arbourthorne, on Thursday, February 13.
He is due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court today.
Extra police patrols were ordered in the wake of the alleged incident to provide reassurance to parents on the Sheffield estate.
