Man bailed after arrest over shooting in Sheffield

A man arrested over a shooting in Sheffield has been bailed after police questioning.

The 45-year-old was arrested after shots were fired at a house on Ferrars Road, Tinsley, on Monday night.

Nobody was injured in the gun attack but a house window was damaged.

Police sealed off the street and armed police were deployed in the wake of the shooting.

Earlier this month a man was shot dead in a gun attack on Clough Road, near Bramall Lane, Sheffield.
