Man arrested by South Yorkshire Police over attempted abduction of girls is bailed

A man arrested by South Yorkshire Police over the attempted abduction of two teenage girls has been bailed.

The 28-year-old, from Rotherham, was arrested over incidents in Wickersley and Bramley where a man approached two girls and attempted to get them to approach his car.

There was an incident on Sycamore Avenue at around 11am on Wednesday, September 30 and another on Ferndale Drive, Bramley, at around 8.30am on Thursday, October 1.
