Man arrested after Sheffield ‘street fight’ stabbing

A man has been arrested after a stabbing on a Sheffield street.

Officers were called at around 5:30pm on Tuesday (October 20) to reports of a disturbance on Musgrave Drive in Shirecliffe.

A fight was taking place between several men, with one man reported to be in possession of a knife.

Police attended and a 41-year-old man was found with injuries consistent with a stabbing. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray and currently remains in custody.
