Heavy police presence on Sheffield estate after major incident

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, raced to a Sheffield estate after a major incident on Tuesday evening.

A resident said there were at least five police cars and four ambulances attended the scene on Dyche Lane, Jordanthorpe.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said it was a medical-related incident and not a stabbing or a police incident.
