Courtney, who was born in Kentucky in the USA, had a "remarkable life" which she lived to the full, her family said in a tribute.

As a child, she moved to England with her family - dad Trevor, mum Ginny and twin sisters Amy and Emma - and attended Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Horncastle, Lincolnshire.

Her family said: "Courtney worked at Disneyland, Florida and was an events manager at the time of her death.

"She also had a lovely singing voice and sang all the time.”

They added: "She brought light, joy and a smile to everyone she met and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and colleagues."

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for anyone who was travelling on the A15 north of Caenby Corner immediately prior to the collision and may have seen any of the vehicles involved, or has dashcam footage or the collision itself.”

Anyone with information or dashcam footage is urged to call 101, quoting incident 328 of December 14.
